THE HOPELESS BANALITY OF THE BLOGOSPHERE
The shooter was transferred to Fort Hood with a "poor" rating from his previous post. If he was an Irish American and a member of the IRA, and he snapped, killing all British soldiers on the post, would it still be terrorism?
The Army missed this one. Not to blame them - but to pay attention to their performance ratings.
